NAHB names Minto Communities the 55+ Builder of the Year and Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach as 55+ Community of the Year
Tampa, FL (February 28, 2019) — The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has named Minto Communities the 55+ Builder of the Year and Minto's Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach the 55+ Community of the Year. The awards were presented during the 2019 International Builders' Show (IBS) held February 19-21 in Las Vegas. Minto won a total of 18 Gold and Silver Awards from the NAHB's 55+ Housing Industry Council and the National Sales and Marketing Council.

Out of the gate, the solid sales success is clearly a result of this end-to-end approach to lively, vibrant 55+ living," stated Steve Moore, chairman of the Best of 55+ Housing Awards subcommittee.
Minto was presented six Gold awards for Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach during the Best of 55+ Housing Awards in the categories of Best Sales Center, Integrated Marketing Strategy/Campaign, Attached Home up to 1,700 sq. ft. for the Antigua model, For-Sale Community over 200 Homes, and 55+ Community of the Year. In addition, Minto was named 2019 Builder of the Year.
Minto was presented nine Silver awards for Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach in the categories of Design Center; Detached Home up to 2,000 sq. ft. for the Coconut model; Detached Home 2,001-2,500 sq. ft. for the Aruba model; Landscape Design; Brochure, Website and Marketing Event.
Silver awards were also presented for Interior Merchandising to interior designer Rhett Alexander for the Aruba model and Trinidad model, both located at Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head.
Minto received three NAHB Nationals Awards for sales and marketing: two Silver awards for Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach for Best Video and Best Brochure, and a Gold award for the Best Sales Center at Minto's Westlake community in Palm Beach County, Florida.
